HOW TO ORDER:

Telephone Orders - 10:00AM - 5:00PM Mountain Time, Monday through Saturday operator assisted; or 24-hour voice mail, leave name and number and we will call you back.

If paying with personal check or money order, use shopping cart to order then email info@santafecraftsman.com a note “paying by check”. Print order and mail with payment to:

Payment by mail must be received within 7 days. Orders will be shipped within 24 hours of receipt except for personal check, which will be shipped 10 days from receipt.

LAYAWAY:

Layaway requires an initial payment of 25% of the price of the item(s), by credit card, personal check or money order. The item(s) will be held for 90 days, during this time payments in any increments can be made. If the balance is not paid in full by or before the end of the 90-day period, item(s) will again be for sale to the general public and the payment(s) will be forfeited. To place item(s) on layaway, use shopping card to order then email info@santafecraftsman.com a note “Layaway and the amount you wish to pay down”. Return Policy:

Customer Satisfaction is Our Mission! If you are unsatisfied with your purchase for any reason, simply return the item in the original condition and packaging along with the receipt for a full refund within 30 days. We will replace the item or credit your credit card for the amount of the purchase, less any shipping charges. The original shipping charges are not refundable. However, if we make an error that causes additional shipping charges, we will pay the charges. The returned item must be in its original condition (new and unworn). Return the item to:

SHIPPING:

We offer FREE Shipping (within the Continental U.S.) on all orders over $50.00! Shipping is $4.78 for all orders under $50. We ship all orders United States Postal Service Priority Mail the next business day (if ordered by 2:00 P.M. Mountain Time), arriving in your mail box within 2 - 4 business days. As our jewelry is handmade or handcrafted, we cannot guarantee all items to be in stock at all times.

We are required to collect tax on all products delivered in Colorado. Colorado state sales tax is 2.9% at this time. Other taxes may apply.
